At Total Resource Planning, the Leadership Review process is the cornerstone of our approach to leadership development.
It begins with a deep dive into understanding the vision of your Leadership team. This critical step initiates with a one-on-one review session between our experienced Coach and the most senior member of your technology group. This session sets the foundation for aligning organizational goals and individual aspirations.
Following this initial session, our Coach engages with each member of your IT leadership team individually. These open-ended sessions provide a platform for thorough discussions, allowing us to gain insight into each leader's perspective and understand their departmental objectives.
By facilitating these dialogues, we ensure that every voice is heard, fostering collaboration and clarity within the leadership team. Through this personalized approach, we lay the groundwork for comprehensive leadership development tailored to the specific needs of your organization.

Triangulation of View

In our Triangulation of View process, we refine the collective insights gathered from the Leadership Review into a unified vision document.
Through a half-day facilitated session, we ensure that all members of the leadership team are aligned and committed to this vision. This collaborative approach considers feedback from each participant, highlighting areas where perspectives may diverge. By acknowledging and addressing these differences, we strengthen the cohesion of the team's vision.
Following the session, we break down the resultant vision into individual roles and responsibilities. This provides a clear roadmap for each leader, outlining their specific contributions towards achieving the shared vision. These defined roles and responsibilities serve as the foundation for their subsequent coaching sessions, ensuring that development efforts are targeted and aligned with organizational objectives.

Individual Coaching
Tailored coaching for individual growth and development.
In our Individual Coaching Sessions, we prioritize personalized development tailored to each participant's needs. Our lead coordinates a series of coaching sessions, ensuring dedicated time and attention for meaningful growth. With typically three sessions per day, we allocate a couple of hours per person, ensuring thorough discussions and comprehensive support.
Before these sessions commence, we request participants to engage with the Myers Briggs MBTI personality profile. This step allows our coach to gain insights into each individual's preferences and tendencies, facilitating a more tailored coaching approach. During the coaching sessions, we collaboratively review the MBTI results and delve into discussions on various aspects of the participant's role. From technical and professional skills to soft and business skills, our discussions aim to address all facets necessary for holistic growth.
Confidentiality is paramount in these sessions, fostering an environment of trust and openness. Participants can rest assured that discussions will remain confidential unless they explicitly agree or if it pertains to mission-critical matters, which are always discussed beforehand. Management Level Review
Putting it all together.
After refining personal reports, we present them to leadership, establishing optimal three-to-five-year plans. Our team at Incite Insight then translates these plans into actionable training strategies, integrating various learning methods for both permanent and contract team members.
