Our coaching sessions entail a series of tailored one-on-one interactions, informed by participants' Myers Briggs MBTI profiles. These sessions delve into technical, soft, professional, and business skills, maintaining strict confidentiality throughout.
Following individual coaching, we conduct a management-level review to refine personal reports and develop group-wide and individualized plans over a three-to-five-year period. These plans encompass training and resource deployment strategies, incorporating diverse learning modalities.
Agreed-upon plans are documented in individual folios with a calendar of learning events. We offer ongoing support through periodic facilitated sessions, ensuring plans remain adaptive and aligned with organisational goals.
